Since moving to Kansas in 2007, Andy Huff has served as choral director in Topeka-area school districts, beginning with Seaman High and Middle School (USD345) from 2007-2018, and Topeka West High School (USD501) from 2018-present. He studied at Missouri State University focusing on conducting under Guy B. Webb and composition with John Prescott and Michael F. Murray, earning a BM in Composition and MM in Choral Directing. Andy served as the Choir Chair for NEKMEA from 2022-24 and enjoys serving the choral community. Outside of choral work, Andy is an active performer and music director for Topeka Civic Theatre, Helen Hocker Theater, and Theatre Lawrence.
